Peony Late Windflower

Late Windflower has a wilder look because of the movement of the little flowers. These plants grow fast and carry a lot of flowers with 3 or 4 blooms per stem. This peony blooms early but a week later than ‘Early Windflower’ and brings a fragile and playfull touch to the garden. The flowers are single and smaller than most peonies with around 8cm diameter. They open up in a vase and hold quite long because of the multiple blooms per stem. The heads of the flowers slightly look down. As one of Ruths favorites they fill a nice corner of the field. The sweet and soft smell fits these cheery flowers. The plants reach about 1m and are nice and full with beautifull leafs.
